Dear Business Partners,


Please be advised that Phoenix Contact will implement a price adjustment across select product lines, effective March 26, 2026 (the "Adjustment Date").


This adjustment is a necessary response to the sharp increase in global manufacturing costs and commodity price fluctuations. To assist with your planning, please find the implementation guidelines below:

Price Validity: New pricing applies to all orders received on/after March 26, 2026.

Existing Contracts: Orders placed before the Adjustment Date but delayed for shipment at the customer's request may be subject to the new rates.
