CORON SLC-2P Safety Light Curtain Controller:

SLC-2P safety light curtain controller, application scope: Applied to heavy and large mechanical equipment such as punch presses and press machines. The SLC-2P safety light curtain controller is used in conjunction with the GAD safety light curtain. It adopts a fully metal outer shell structure, which has excellent vibration resistance and can be directly and safely installed on the machine bed or outside the machine tool's electrical cabinet. The controller adopts advanced dual C-P U monitoring technology, which monitors and controls each other, effectively ensuring the security of the system. It features high safety. The controller uses two interlocking relays to output simultaneously, ensuring the safety of the system even if the relays are damaged. It has strong load-bearing capacity and provides passive contact output for dual relay circuits. It can be directly connected to high power rate loads. Self-checking function: Monitor and control the circuit at the signal department and the contacts of the relay, and lock the output status at "fault" until the fault is eliminated. The double-lock design avoids safety hazards caused by misoperation or malfunction of the lock switch. When connected to the G A D safety light curtain, it can monitor and control the operation status of the safety light curtain in real time, forming a more secure protection system. The red, yellow and green indicator lights enable users to accurately, directly observe and quickly detect faults that the equipment can show.
